 CALL TO ACTION to all End Users of Vehicle Repeater Equipment:
On January 6, 2010, the FCC released WTB Docket No. 10-4, which contained several requests for rule changes regarding the operation of signal boosters pursuant to parts 22, 24, 27 and 90 of the Commission's rules, including 90.247 which pertains to the use of Vehicular Repeaters. In response to that docket, Pyramid Communications submitted an additional petition specific to Vehicular Repeater use to allocate VHF spectrum for in-band licensing of Vehicular Repeaters.
Time is a key factor in the pursuit. If licensing of VHF in-band Vehicular Repeaters is an important issue for your agency, we respectfully request that you gather up support to provide positive responses to Pyramid's petition before February 22, 2010, via the FCC website at http://fjallfoss.fcc.gov/ecfs/upload .
